National Theatre - The Black Album

Commissioned by Knifedge.

Projection visuals for a production of Hanif
Kureishi’s The Black Album, a production by
Tara Arts at The National Theatre, London.
I worked with director Tom Hadley on screen
visuals and motion graphics to project
onto the set designs, a white canvas of
three painted walls. Each scene was
stills, with small elements of motion. I
designed a colour scheme and style for each
scene, and a series of transitions, dynamic
‘wipes’ between scenes with diagonal
motion cutting across the set.

Full cast and production credits are
archived on the National Theatre website
